  1. Usage: NOTE WAITFOR [&<pwd>] [+|-<flags>] [+|-<maxtime>]
  2.         <nick!username@host> [<msg>]
  3.   WAITFOR is an alias for USER +YD (default max 1 day)
  4.   Default message is [Waiting]
  5.   This command is for telling the recipient if this appears on IRC that
  6.   you are waiting for him/her and notice that this got that message. Example:
  7.     WAITFOR foobar
  8.     WAITFOR -2 foobar!username@*
  9.     WAITFOR foobar Waiting for you until pm3:00..
